MITSUKOSHI BGC MALL SOFT OPENING IN MANILA ON NOV 18, 2022

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 4 (Bernama) -- Mitsukoshi BGC, a lifestyle mall project developed by Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings Ltd and Nomura Real Estate Development Co Ltd, will have its soft opening day on Nov 18, 2022, in Manila, the Philippines, according to a statement today.

This commercial facility is part of a large-scale, mixed-use residential and commercial development project being pursued in partnership with leading Filipino developer Federal Land Inc based in Makati.

It said the grand opening is scheduled for the first quarter of next year.

Based on the concept of ‘Next Manila Lifestyle’, Mitsukoshi BGC will offer a new lifestyle co-created by Japan and the Philippines in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), it said.

Located 11 km southeast of the centre of Manila, BGC is a central business district which has undergone remarkable economic growth in recent years.

Mitsukoshi BGC will be housed from the first basement floor to the third floor, right below the residential floors of a four-tower complex, The Seasons Residences, it said.

The mall will enrich the daily lives of residents and visitors, providing a facility where they can enjoy special moments, the statement said.

This is the first large-scale, mixed-use development project based on a joint partnership between a Japanese department store group and a Japanese real estate developer in the Philippines. The project is also the first commercial facility operated by Isetan Mitsukoshi Group in the Philippines, it added.
