OpenGate Capital welcomes 3 new Advisory Board members

KUALA LUMPUR, July 22 -- OpenGate Capital, a global private equity firm, has welcomed three new members to its Advisory Board namely, Randall Aardema, Matthew Pearlson and Randy Teo. OpenGate’s Advisory Board provides guidance to the firm’s global investment and operations strategies and comprises tenured professionals in areas of leadership, technology, innovation, finance and operations. According to a statement, the three new advisors lend expertise gained from their experiences with leading organisations across the United States and Asia. Aardema is an operations expert and advises OpenGate’s Operations team on manufacturing and supply chain management across the firm’s North American investments. Pearlson is a technology expert in Industrials, Environmental and Manufacturing 4.0. He advises OpenGate’s portfolio companies on the application of new technologies and performs due diligence on investment opportunities. Teo is an operations expert and advises on OpenGate-related business development efforts in Asia, and operations activities in the region for OpenGate’s portfolio companies.
