KUALA LUMPUR, June 16 (Bernama) -- Zero-Error Systems (ZES), a provider of high reliability semiconductor solutions for space and power management applications, has appointed Rajan Rajgopal as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).


ZES Chairman, Arunjai Mittal said with Rajgopal at the helm, the company has someone who not only brings with him a wide range of understanding of semiconductors as a whole, but also his experience in both large multi-nationals as well as start-ups.


Meanwhile, Rajgopal said: “I am very excited to join Zero Error Systems primarily due to the world class Intellectual Properties the team has developed and the potential to tap into the growing market for power reliability and data integrity solutions for both Space and Power management applications.”


According to a statement, Rajgopal is a seasoned semiconductor professional with over 25 years of global corporate experience spanning Asia, Europe and the United States in profit and loss management, quality and customer management, among others.


Most recently, he was President and CEO/Vice Chairman of DenseLight Semiconductor, a boutique Semiconductor Photonics manufacturing company with a focus on semiconductor lasers for the Data Communication and Sensing markets.


Receiving four patents and more than 20 publications, Rajgopal holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maine, Orono.
