Toshiba wins Power Semiconductor/Driver of the year award

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 25 (Bernama) -- Toshiba Devices & Storage (Shanghai) Co Ltd, a subsidiary of Toshiba Electronic Devices & Storage Corporation (Toshiba), has been named the winner of the “Power Semiconductor /Driver of the Year” category at the AspenCore World Electronics Achievement Awards (WEAA) 2022.
The company received the award for its XPQR3004PB MOSFET, a strategic low-voltage metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor, in a ceremony held in Shenzhen, China on Nov 10, 2022.
The XPQR3004PB is suitable for battery switches in eco-friendly vehicles, with its high heat dissipation capability and high reliability.
