TDCX FILES ANNUAL REPORT ON FORM 20-F FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING 2022

KUALA LUMPUR, April 27 (Bernama) -- TDCX Inc (TDCX or the Company) has announced the filing of its annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended Dec 31, 2022 with the United States (US) Securities and Exchange Commission (the SEC).

According to TDCX in a statement, shareholders, owners and holders of the Company’s American Depositary Shares (ADSs) may request a hard copy of the Company’s annual report on Form 20-F containing the audited consolidated financial statements, free of charge.
