Mary Kay Inc continues beauty, fashion, design support in global events


KUALA LUMPUR, July 8 -- Mary Kay Inc and its Mary Kay Global Design Studio recently sponsored and participated in various beauty, fashion and design events worldwide, aiming to promote the art of individual, unique beauty and beauty artists themselves.

According to a statement, Mary Kay was the presenting sponsor for the inaugural Glamhive Live Digital Summit which featured a range of topics including sustainable fashion, beauty and how to live dreams through entrepreneurship.

Fifteen per cent of the proceeds from the summit were donated to Feeding America to support COVID-19 relief efforts.


The company also participated in the Ukrainian Fashion Week in Kyiv. Mary Kay Ukraine make-up artist, Martelle, along with Mary Kay beauty experts, supplied the finishing touch to over 50 models.

Meanwhile during the New York Fashion Week, Mary Kay was the official make-up partner for two shows, for which the make-up artists were led by Mary Kay’s Global Beauty Ambassador, Luis Casco.

This year, The Mary Kay Foundation℠ teamed up with Kendra Scott to offer beautiful earrings to Independent Sales Directors. All proceeds support a world where women are empowered, healthy and safe. The effort raised nearly US$200,000. (US$1 = RM4.28)


In response to the global COVID-19 pandemic, many Mary Kay-sponsored beauty, fashion and design events have been postponed or cancelled. These include cancellation of GLOW Beauty Convention in Germany and postponement of Anketa OTO 2020.
